Users with user management permissions in an organization can see all users in the same organization. If they have write access, they will also be able to add and remove users.
When adding users, Orion offers default user types. We recommend authorizing the least amount of privilege necessary for the user to perform necessary tasks. If you need more granular control over the user's permissions, you can select the "custom" option and configure all the permissions manually.
